This site is operated by Groupe Creatix Inc. on behalf of DJ Mohtorious, Montréal, Québec, Canada.

You may browse and share its pages freely. You may not scrape, republish or resell its content, or use it to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A performance is confirmed only once date, fee and technical requirements are agreed in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Fees and production requirements are quoted per event.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Deposit amounts and balance terms are those shown at checkout or in your written agreement. Digital products are delivered by expiring download link.

Show dates, venues and ticket links are published in good faith and can change or be cancelled by the promoter or venue. External ticket purchases follow the seller's own terms.

Photos, logos, biography and press-kit files are for editorial and promotional use tied to a confirmed or proposed booking. Do not crop or alter the logo. All flyers and artwork are subject to management approval; official press-kit photos only.

Artist, brand and festival names remain the property of their owners and describe past appearances. They do not imply an ongoing partnership unless stated.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on published information or from linked third-party sites. Nothing here limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are heard in the courts of the district of Montréal.
