Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Groupe Creatix Inc. on behalf of DJ Mohtorious, Montréal, Québec, Canada. Under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), the person in charge of the protection of personal information is the Privacy Officer, Groupe Creatix: groupecreatix@gmail.com.

Only what you send us. Booking form: name, email, phone, event type, date, location, budget range and message. Newsletter: email and language. Shout-out requests: name, email, occasion and details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We record the date and version of the consent you give.

To answer your booking request, deliver what you bought, and — if you subscribed — send show and release news. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Booking and shout-out requests are deleted automatically after 24 months. Unsubscribed emails are deleted 24 months after unsubscribing, except an entry on our do-not-email list kept so we never write to you again. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Anti-spam counters are stored as one-way scrambled codes, never raw IP addresses, and deleted within an hour.

We run no advertising or analytics trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm, 30 minutes) to block bots. Your language choice is saved in your browser only. Fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, which may process it outside Québec, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards. Emails are sent through Resend; payments through Stripe.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to groupecreatix@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

If an incident involving your information creates a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.
